Crimes Against Carrots

You have been summoned to Carrot Court to answer for your crimes against carrotkind! But you won’t go peacefully! Cause as much mayhem as you can before you’re apprehended!

This was my entry for Ludum Dare 55's Summoning theme, you can find the submission here - votes and feedback are appreciated!

How to Play

• Use light attacks to build up meter on enemies.
• Finish off enemies with heavy attacks to knock around and explode them for score.
• Bonus score from juggling enemies in the air.
• Build up your combo and don’t let it drop!

Credits and Tools

• Art and programming by me.
• Written in Nim on top of SDL2.
• Audio is a mix of CC0 from Freesound, my own in ChipTone and Peritune’s free music.
• Sprites done in Aseprite.

Sorry, Windows only but you can download the source and compile for MacOS or Linux locally. Not as fleshed out as I’d like unfortunately but was fun to put together!
